Vipers 10 - Round 15
Personal Best Fest
Shaftesbury riders couldn’t resist helping themselves to a bumper serving of course PBS on a beautiful night.
Pete Dyer made the largest gain with a 45sec PB to take the Handicap and Open Road Bike win, but the latter only because son Lochlan, who went even faster and also PB’d was lighting it up in the Juvenille Cup.
Peter Maynes was the next biggest improver for second Handicap, with Ade Adeyemi taking third with his 24sec PB and smashing his first season target of breaking the 30min barrier, Chapeau!
PBs were hit by 8 riders in all, as Louise Robinson (who also won Female TT and the Vets), Pablo Beale, Gary Charles, and Mark Thurlow went their fastest around the Vipers 10 too.
Sarah Wenham (Female RB), Will Barlow (Juniors), and Kevin Baumber (Open TT) were the other category winners.
